Parallel Link Robot–Type Automatic Feeding Unit

Features

1. Products conveyed randomly from upstream processes are picked up by a robot and supplied in synchronization with continuously conveyed cartoner buckets.

2. By incorporating a vision system, the system can correct product orientation, enabling reliable feeding even when product posture is inconsistent. It also supports the receipt of products arranged in multiple lanes.

3. Depending on the robot head configuration, the system is capable of grouped feeding of multiple products at once.

Side-Attach Type Automatic Feeding Unit

Features

1. Bottles are separated at a fixed pitch using a side-attach mechanism and supplied to the cartoner by a suction-type transfer head.

2. Each bottle is individually picked up by suction, lifted, and transferred, ensuring reliable feeding without the risk of scratching or damaging the product.

Vertical Double-Servo Attach Conveyor–Type Automatic Feeding Unit

Features

2. Operation can be adjusted to match product thickness, enabling stable and reliable accumulation.

Merry-Go-Round Type Automatic Feeding Unit

Features

1. Products conveyed at a random pitch are corrected for pitch and supply timing by a single-servo-driven pitch-correction conveyor, picked up by the merry-go-round unit, and supplied to continuously conveyed cartoner buckets.

2. Randomly supplied products can be fed into a continuously operating cartoner without stopping product flow.

3. A variable-speed merry-go-round system, which adjusts its speed in accordance with the incoming product pitch, is also available in the lineup.

Inverting Double-Servo Bucket Conveyor–Type Automatic Feeding Unit

Features

1. Products conveyed from upstream processes are transferred to a double-servo-driven bucket conveyor, inverted, accumulated in multiple units, and supplied to the cartoner.

2. By supplying products individually into each bucket and performing an inverting motion, stable and reliable inverted accumulation is achieved.

Model：VCVD series THE VERTICAL CARTONING MACHINE

Features

This machine is equipped with functions for carton picking, forming, and sealing. Products are manually inserted from above prior to sealing the top flaps. Manual workspaces are provided on both the front and rear sides of the machine.

With its simple configuration and high versatility, the machine is suitable for a wide range of applications, including small- to medium-volume carton packaging as well as trial production runs for newly developed products.

Size changeover can be easily performed even by inexperienced operators through motorized adjustment (for carton height) and handle operation, combined with one-touch replacement of certain units. An automatic size change specification is also available.

Automatic feeding units can also be installed for products that cannot be laid horizontally, as well as for bulk-weighed items and granular products.

Fully automatic corrugated cardboard set-up caser which achieves all processes of case set-up, product loading and case sealing on one machine. For case sealing, two choices are available; hot melt gluing and adhesive tape.
