Features
Combining vertical lathe functions with machining center capabilities, this flexible machining cell is designed to consolidate machining processes for high-mix, low-volume workpieces of varying lot sizes, thereby enhancing labor savings and automation.By mounting the Y-axis for table fore-and-aft movement on the gantry side, the table bed side is fixed to ensure high rigidity.
This configuration enables further improvements in machining accuracy, particularly for heavy workpiece machining.
This gantry-type multifunction machine is designed for machining workpieces weighing 70 tons or more, with enhanced rigidity in the table head and bearing structures to improve machining accuracy.
It can be used both as a turning center and as a floor-type plano milling machine.
