We trace our origin back to Daiwa Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. founded in 1949, where we began operations as a manufacturer of spinning machines. Thereafter, through a series of transformations, in 1960 we merged with Osaka Machinery Works which was established in 1920, and succeeded their production of machine tools and automatic packaging machines. This led to the formation of the O-M Ltd. Group as we know it today.

To date, we have promoted business operations focused on customer satisfaction, ranging from the development of new products that meet customer needs to reliable delivery performance. Through providing of production equipment and technical services, we have consistently contributed to the advancement of manufacturing.

Looking ahead, we will further strengthen the technological capabilities and human resources we have cultivated since our founding.　We also place greater emphasis on building a global support structure that can deliver solutions and prompt services to address the diverse issues and challenges faced by customers worldwide.
