Model：VCN・VCND Horizontal Cartoning Machine (Continuous Motion)
A cartoning machine having the capabilities of carton pick up, forming, and sealing.
1. VCN & VCND are appropriate for difficultto-load-from-above products (products on the tray and etc.) and for small-to-medium scale production as well as testing purposes.
2. Before closing front-side flap, attendants load products horizontally by hand (VCN) or an automatic feeding devise inserts products horizontally (VCND) into cartons.
Model：VSVB (BALCONY TYPE) Top-Loading Set-Up Caser
A fully automatic corrugated cardboard set-up caser which performs case forming and product-loading on one single machine. Case opens vertically and products are loaded from the top opening. Quick change mechanism featured as the standard assured easier changeover.
Many choices are available for product-loading system; XY robot, vertical multi-joint robot, Mechanical motion, and etc. O-M also has experiences in case dimensions, case geometry other than the below-listed VSVB specifications.

This machine is a horizontal-travel, balcony type versatile wrap-around caser.
Adoption of the servo drive system has reduced drive parts, which has improved maintainability and reduced wear parts.

2. The front side uses an open frame structure, which enables enhanced size change workability and improved maintainability in the case forming section.
Model：VSBA Side-Loading Set-Up Caser
Fully automatic corrugated cardboard set-up caser which achieves all processes of case set-up, product loading and case sealing on one machine. For case sealing, two choices are available; hot melt gluing and adhesive tape.
Depending on the size range of case, two model types are available; VSBA-I and VSBA-II.
A quick change mechanism is equipped as a standard feature for easier change-over. Case is opened at its side and products are loaded horizontally.
Model：RD Rotary Die Cutter
Rotary cutters are available in two types: “Crush Die Cutter” and “Rotary Pressure Cutter”.
1. The change from conventional reciprocal motion to rotary motion, the largest advantage of the rotary working system, can drastically improve the efficiency of blanking(pattern) as well as providing high speed, stable, and quiet operation.
2. Conventionally, a cut pattern was made on the rotary cylinder and then the cylinder underwent hardening. Therefore, there was a problem of degraded accuracy caused by distortion during hardening.
O-M’s die cutter uses a method of working a pattern on a high-accuracy rotary cylinder that is hardened and polished in advance by the rotary electric discharge machine(EDM).
This has achieved pattern working that is highly accurate in all three dimensional directions, i.e. height, width, and depth, and enabled high-accuracy edge forming that can withstand long-term use.
