Model：VSVB (BALCONY TYPE) Top-Loading Set-Up Caser
A fully automatic corrugated cardboard set-up caser which performs case forming and product-loading on one single machine. Case opens vertically and products are loaded from the top opening. Quick change mechanism featured as the standard assured easier changeover.
Many choices are available for product-loading system; XY robot, vertical multi-joint robot, Mechanical motion, and etc. O-M also has experiences in case dimensions, case geometry other than the below-listed VSVB specifications.
Model：VSHB (BALCONY TYPE) Wrap-Around Caser (Energy Saving Wrap-Around Caser)
This machine is a horizontal-travel, balcony type versatile wrap-around caser.
Adoption of the servo drive system has reduced drive parts, which has improved maintainability and reduced wear parts.
1. Enhanced the energy efficiency by using newly developed electric cylinders which are compact and high performance.
2. The front side uses an open frame structure, which enables enhanced size change workability and improved maintainability in the case forming section.
Model：VSBA Side-Loading Set-Up Caser
Fully automatic corrugated cardboard set-up caser which achieves all processes of case set-up, product loading and case sealing on one machine. For case sealing, two choices are available; hot melt gluing and adhesive tape.
Depending on the size range of case, two model types are available; VSBA-I and VSBA-II.
A quick change mechanism is equipped as a standard feature for easier change-over. Case is opened at its side and products are loaded horizontally.
Model：VSMA Wrap-Around Caser
A general-purpose wrap-around caser with compact forming unit which performs vertically.
1. Two types of product feeding unit, which feeds products from left side or right side, are available depending on work space conditions.
2. O-M has experiences other than the below-listed specifications.

Model：VSMC Wrap-Around Caser for Cans & Bottles
A low-to-medium speed intermittent motion wrap around caser for packaging cans or bottles.
VSMC handles not only loose cans/bottles but also multi-packed ones.
Model：VSR High Speed Wrap-Around Caser for Cans & Bottles
A high speed continuous-motion cartoner-like wrap around caser for packaging cans or bottles. VSR handles not only loose cans/bottles but also multi-packed ones.
The high speed multi-pack can cartoning machine using cardboard is also available at 300 rpm for 6-can pack.
Model：VZ Vertical Cartoning Machine (Continuous Motion)
A cartoning machine having the capabilities of carton pick up, forming, and sealing.
1. Before closing flap, attendants manually load products into cartons from above.
2. Loading space of approx. 1,000 to 1,200mm is available at both front and back side.
3. With its simple configuration and versatility,the VCVB is appropriate for small-to-medium scale production and for test production purposes. Size change mechanism is user-friendly and easy to handle. Automatic change models are also available. The machine can equip with automatic feeding devices such as weigweight checkers and powdery products feeder.
